Reagan’s Secretary Promoted

WASHINGTON — President Reagan gave his personal secretary, Kathleen Osborne, a promotion today, making her special assistant to the President. She will continue to carry out her duties as personal secretary.
The White House also said Reagan plans to appoint Nancy J. Risque, special assistant to the President for legislative affairs since 1982, as deputy assistant to the President for legislative affairs.
