Kodak won a court order against 3 fired workers.

The trio and their new company, Soran, were temporarily restrained by a Rochester, N.Y., judge from entering the market for membrane and filtration products. Soran was formed by three chemists from Eastman Kodak’s new Fastek division whom Kodak fired Monday and accused of planning to use proprietary Kodak technology in competition with Fastek. The court action was the first indication of the nature of Kodak’s new Fastek venture. Kodak officials said they will probably seek dollar damages. The chemists contend that they did nothing wrong.
