William K. Walsh, president of Continental Vending Company in Orange, has been elected vice chairman of the board of directors of the National Automatic Merchandising Association, based in Chicago. He will replace Jay B. Moyer, president of Moyer-Diebel Corp. of Amherst, N.Y., in the year-long position. Walsh currently is treasurer of the NAMA as well as vice president of the California Automatic Vendors Council. His term as vice chairman of the national association begins Jan. 1.
