Deutsche Bank will pay about $2 billion for Flick.

Alfred Herrhausen, spokesman for the bank’s managing board, said the sale price would include all Flick group holdings, including shares in W. R. Grace & Co., the New York-based chemical, natural resources and consumer products company. Deutsche Bank, West Germany’s largest commercial bank, reported earlier that it had agreed to buy the giant Flick industrial concern.
