Gary Krisel has been named president of network television for Walt Disney Pictures, Burbank, a newly created post.
He will be responsible for all network programming, including the “Disney Sunday Movie” and Saturday morning cartoons.
Disney said the appointment completes the network TV division’s management team of Krisel, Gary Barton, senior vice president and head of the “Disney Sunday Movie,” and Grant Rosenberg, senior vice president-network television development.
