Valley Realtors’ Board Elects Walker President

Temmy Walker has been elected president of the San Fernando Valley Board of Realtors, the state’s largest realty trade group. The 50-year-old Walker, who takes office Jan. 1, is a senior vice president at Fred Sands Realtors in Sherman Oaks. She replaces outgoing President Joan Knox at the helm of the 7,000-member organization, third largest in the country. Steve Raynor, an independent real estate agent based in Tarzana, was elected first vice president, the position Walker is vacating.
