Wilma Pacific, a Newport Beach-based developer, has purchased 6.5 acres of land in Placentia from Knott’s Berry Farm for more than $2 million. Wilma plans to develop the property into a warehousing and distribution center. Schneider Commercial Real Estate of Los Angeles represented both sides in the transaction.
