El Camino’s Johnson Named SCC’s Soccer Player of Year

Sherri Johnson of El Camino College was named the South Coast Conference women’s soccer Player of the Year in a vote of conference coaches. Johnson was joined on the first team by four of her teammates and their coach, Bob Miers, was named Coach of the Year.

SAC); Monique Brass, Julie Heinemann, Cathy Souza (Orange Coast); Mary Hydo, Lenora Poole (Palomar).
Second Team:
