An official of the flight attendants union, commenting on the end of mediation efforts, had claimed that TWA pilots had offered the carrier wage concessions of 15%. TWA said, however, that the pilots have agreed to cuts in pay, benefits and work rules totaling 30%. The machinists have agreed to a 15% cut.
