New York Tour Boat Hits Bridge; 15 on Board Hurt

NEW YORK — A tour boat on a cruise around Manhattan Island struck the underside of a bridge Sunday, injuring 15 people, officials said. None of the victims were seriously injured, authorities said. There were up to 650 passengers aboard the boat.
