Olympic silver medalist Jackie Joyner of the United States scored a year’s best 6,841 points in the heptathlon to win the two-day event at an international track meet at Goetzis, Austria.
Anke Behmer of East Germany was second with 6,530 points, and Sabine Braun of West Germany finished third with 6,418.
