The National Track and Field Hall of Fame selected four new members--Bob Seagren, the 1968 Olympic pole vault champion; Barney Ewell, a 1948 Olympic gold medalist in the 400-meter relay; Ron Laird, whose 65 race-walk victories spanned three decades, and Andy Bakjian, an official who died last February.
