Hermosa Beach : TV Coordinator Honored

Former Councilwoman Edie Webber was presented the state Commission for Economic Development’s California Works award for coordinating a cable television crime prevention program seen in Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach.
Webber, who was nominated for the award by the Hermosa Beach Police Department, obtained funding and developed the format for the half-hour show, which he regularly writes and produces.
