President Reagan intends to nominate Simon C. Fireman to be a member of the board of directors of the Export-Import Bank to succeed Richard H. Hughes, the White House announced.
Fireman, who is chairman of Aqua-Leisure Industries of Avon, Mass., has been appointed for the remainder of a term expiring Jan. 20, 1987, the announcement said.
