Leon Spinks Receives a 90-Day Suspension

LAS VEGAS — Former heavyweight champion Leon Spinks was given a 90-day suspension Wednesday by the Nevada Athletic Commission for testing positive to traces of a depressant following his March 22 loss to Dwight Qawi.
Commissioners made the suspension retroactive to April 19, meaning Spinks can fight again beginning July 20.
