Two Fullerton police detectives went to South Sioux City, Neb., to question Scott Ristau, 23, in the strangulation last April of Marie Andrea Malmgreen, 38, of Brea, wife of a Los Angeles police officer. The detectives made no arrest, but obtained body samples from Ristau that will be compared in a laboratory with crime scene evidence. Scott Michael Katzin, 18, a transient, and David Scott Pickering, 21, of Brea were previously arrested in the case and have pleaded not guilty.
