An undisclosed donor reportedly has posted a $10,000 reward for information leading to the capture of former Deputy Los Angeles County Dist. Atty. Harvey W. Harper, who fled before being convicted of molesting his two teen-age daughters. Attorney Mike Klarfield, who said he had been involved in an earlier civil case concerning Harper, said he knows the person who sent him a cashier’s check, but he declined to identify the donor. Harper, 50, of Rancho Cucamonga, was convicted in January in Ontario Superior Court. He was sentenced in absentia to 14 years and 4 months in prison.
