Grolier Purchases Childcraft Education

DANBURY, Conn. — Grolier Inc. has acquired Childcraft Education Corp. for $15 million, a company official announced.
Childcraft is a direct mail marketer of toys, play equipment and furniture.
The purchase price included the retirement of outstanding debts and warrants.
