Tex Schramm, president and general manager of the Dallas Cowboys, said that the NFL did not try to sabotage the United States Football League, as testimony resumed in the USFL’s $1.69-billion antitrust suit against the NFL.
The USFL has claimed that the NFL allegedly set out to strip the USFL of its television contract, force player salaries up and bankrupt financially weak teams.
