ACTIN’ METHODOLOGY

I wonder why Arkatov omitted Michael Shurtleff. He is considered by many professional actors (including me) to be the one teacher with the most to say; with the ability to put his finger on the one weakness of a performer; responsible for the launching of many professional careers and whose book “Audition” is the outstanding text, not only on auditioning but an approach to acting theory that far surpasses any other teacher I have worked with. And I have worked with most of them.
