First Phase of Village Grove Homes to Open

Village Grove opens today in Rancho California, with two-, three- and four-bedroom single-family houses.
The houses have 856 to 1,524 square feet of space and are priced from $79,900 to $114,500. The first phase of the 211-unit project by Kaiser Development Co. consists of 50 houses.
There are three one-story plans and one two-story plan, with the entire second floor devoted to a master bedroom suite. Features include vaulted ceilings, skylights, fireplaces and concrete tile roofs. Air conditioning is optional.
Four furnished models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. near the intersection of Rancho California and Margarita roads, reached from the eastbound Rancho California exit of Interstate 15.
