Firecracker Blast Jolts Patients in Hospital

SEATTLE — An M-80 firecracker exploded inside a hospital toilet today, rocking personnel in an emergency room and patients but causing no injuries, police said.
Fire officials estimated damage to the Harborview Medical Center restroom at $5,000. There were no threatening calls received before the large firecracker exploded and investigating officers had no immediate suspects.
