Baker, Japan Aide Meet

WASHINGTON — Treasury Secretary James A. Baker III and Japanese Finance Minister Kiichi Miyazawa met for about three hours Saturday in San Francisco, a Treasury spokesman said Sunday. No details of the talks were released.
