Viet Refugee Boat Sinks

HONG KONG — An air-and-sea search was launched Sunday for 12 Vietnamese refugees missing after their boat sank near Hong Kong. Three refugees from the boat were picked up by a fishing vessel after spending 11 hours in the water, officials said.
