ITT Gilfillan announced that it has shifted its “command-and-control” radar systems into a new department. Nick Riley, a Gilfillan vice president who was most recently director of engineering, now heads the new unit.
The systems to enable radar operators to relay information to officers.
Replacing Riley as director of engineering is Jeffrey T. Nemit, previously director of design and development engineering. Van Nuys-based Gilfillan, a unit of ITT Corp., makes military radars, primarily for the U.S. Navy.
