Narcotics agents raided a town house in a San Francisco suburb and found 187 two-pound packages of Colombian cocaine, each bearing the picture of Libyan leader Moammar Kadafi. “At this point, we do not know of any significance in the picture of Kadafi,” Foster City Police Chief Bob Norman said.
