UCLA Volleyball Tournament Opens Tonight

Two-time NCAA champion Pepperdine, ranked No. 3 in the nation, will meet No. 4-ranked USC tonight at 6 at Pauley Pavilion in the opening round of the UCLA-Reebok Collegiate Volleyball tournament.
UCLA, ranked No. 2, will play No. 8-ranked Stanford at 8. Tonight’s losers will play in a best-of-three consolation match at 5:30 p.m. Saturday. Winners will meet at 7:30 p.m. in a best-of-five championship series to be televised on the Prime Ticket cable network.
The UCLA tournament champion has won the NCAA title five times in its 10-year history. UCLA will be the host school for the NCAA tournament May 1-2.
