OBITUARIES : Memorial Service Set for Richard Levinson

A memorial service for Richard Levinson, creator of the “Columbo,” “Mannix” and “McCloud” TV series and one of the most successful writers to ever emerge from that medium, will be held Thursday at 12:30 at the Beverly Theater, 9404 Wilshire Blvd., Beverly Hills.
Levinson was 52 when he died last Thursday of a heart attack.
