Stahl to Head Land Institute

David E. Stahl has been named executive vice president of the Urban Land Institute, replacing James A. Cloar, who resigned to pursue other interests.
Stahl, who will assume the position May 1, has served as president of the National Forest Products Assn. since 1984. He was executive vice president of the National Assn. of Home Builders the previous seven years.
