Future Buyer Has No Input on Owner Fees

Most people don’t realize that one of the largest planned unit developments in the United States is right here in the backyard of Southern California just south of Corona. It’s Canyon Lake. We own our private golf course, an equestrian park, Olympic-size pool, lodge, numerous parks and a private lake. Our perimeter is secured and all gates have security 24 hours a day. All of this costs each property owner $59.50 a month.
To maintain reasonable cost, size is probably the single most important factor. Usually, the larger the association of owners the less expense per owner, and more amenities. Second, is good professional management!
