The Pacific Stock Exchange has elected as governors Donald (Terry) Brookshire Jr., president of Coventry Group Ltd., a market maker on the PSE options floor, and Ian Davidson, chairman and CEO of Dadco, a financial services company based in Great Falls, Mont. The exchange’s main offices are in San Francisco.
