West Hollywood : Home Loans Available

Residents who own and occupy their homes and have a household income below $46,480 may qualify for low-cost repair and improvement loans, a city spokesman said.
The loans, issued by the county’s Community Development Commission, will be priced at 3% or 6% for low-income homeowners and 8.5% for moderate-income households.
