California Amplifier Director Buys Stock

California Amplifier raised $300,000 through a private placement of 240,000 shares of its stock. The stock was purchased by Jorge Levisman, a director of the company, at $1.25 a share. The Camarillo company designs and markets components and systems used in defense and consumer-electronic products.
