Burglar Ordered to Undergo Evaluation

A Calabasas man who pleaded guilty in July to a string of residential burglaries was ordered Monday to undergo a 90-day evaluation at the California Institution for Men at Chino.
Van Nuys Superior Court Judge Judith M. Ashmann said she will review the report from Chino, which will include a psychological evaluation, before sentencing Randolph Robert Sall on March 25.
Sall pleaded guilty to seven residential burglaries in Malibu and Woodland Hills between January and March, 1986, Deputy Dist. Atty. Mark S. Arnold said. Sall was 19 at the time of the burglaries.
Arnold said he will ask the judge to impose a six-year sentence.
