Monty A. Houdeshell has been named vice president, secretary-treasurer and chief financial officer of Fluorocarbon Co., filling a vacancy created by the death of Kenneth J. Holland. Before joining Fluorocarbon, Houdeshell served in a variety of financial management posts at Oak Industries in Rancho Bernardo, most recently as vice president and chief financial officer. Earlier, he was vice president of finance and administration for 20th Century Fox. Fluorocarbon, headquartered in Laguna Niguel, manufactures industrial components and markets most of its products to original equipment manufacturers.
