First Interstate Bancorp will move into its 20th state as a result of a franchise agreement with United National Bank in Sioux Falls, S.D., which will change its name to First Interstate Bank of South Dakota later this year. With assets of $88 million, United National operates eight offices along the eastern border of the state.
