Marriott Senior Living Services, a division of Marriott Corp., Washington, plans to enter the Southland retirement community marketplace with an agreement to purchase Villa Valencia from the Radnor Corp. of Radnor, Pa..
Terms of the transaction were not released, but industry sources estimated the purchase price of the 354-unit, seven-story complex on eight acres in the Laguna Hills section of Orange County at $30 million.
