The parents of healthy quadruplet boys say they are weary but “very happy” after a year that has seen them go through 5,000 diapers, 7,300 formula bottles and $600,000 in medical bills. Maria and Carlos Velasquez of Fremont are planning “just a small party” on Thursday to mark the first birthdays of Lukas, Daniel, Simon and Phillip.
