KAL to Ban Smoking on All Domestic Flights

SEOUL, South Korea — Korean Air Lines announced today it will ban smoking on all domestic flights beginning next month. Airline officials said the ban is in line with the worldwide trend of banning smoking on flights of less than two hours. All of KAL’s domestic flights last less than one hour. The action will not affect KAL’s international flights, the officials said.
