“The Westside Real Estate Wars,” by Nina J. Easton (Jan. 31), accurately depicted the dramatic, and usually evenhanded, infighting that goes on in our multibillion-dollar business. With 20 years in the business, I can’t recall a journalist so skillfully capturing the essence of the residential resale market. I made copies for everyone on our staff.
