Fifteen cultural counselors from Latin America will be in Orange County Friday, meeting with South Coast Repertory administrators to discuss the theater’s Hispanic Playwrights Program. They counselors, who are attached to embassies in Washington, also will visit Disneyland and the Orange County Performing Arts Center. The counselors, who are attached to embassies in Washington and who represent Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Nicaragua and Honduras among other countries, are on a tour of the United States.
