An Israeli navy boat patrolling the southern coast of Lebanon fired on a suspicious rubber dinghy, killing two guerrillas, military authorities reported. “The Israeli navy boat . . . identified a small, suspicious terrorist boat,” a military spokesman said. “The navy boat opened fire, and the terrorist boat was sunk.” The Israeli military has reported two similar incidents since December. Israel Radio quoted navy commanders as saying Arab guerrillas have stepped up attempts to infiltrate Israel by sea.
