Sacramento investor James P. Lennane increased his stake in Scitex Corp. by about 1.5% to 8.2%, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Lennane said he holds his Scitex shares as an investment, but that he is considering “other alternatives available to him.” Lennane is chairman and chief executive of System Integrators Inc., a Sacramento-based producer of computer systems for the publishing industry. Scitex is a Herzlia, Israel-based producer of imaging and computer graphics.
