San Diego Section Tennis Playoffs : Four Home Teams Reach Quarterfinals

Four home teams easily won first-round matches to reach today’s quarterfinals of the San Diego Section 2-A boys’ tennis championships.
The University of San Diego High School defeated Francis Parker, 7-0, and will play at fourth-seeded St. Augustine. Coronado beat Crawford, 6-1, and will face third-seeded San Pasqual; Hilltop defeated San Marcos, 6-1, and will meet top-seeded La Jolla, and La Jolla Country Day beat Castle Park, 6-1, to face second-seeded Bishop’s.
