Charles W. Easter Jr. has been named senior vice president and manager of the investor services division at Bateman Eichler, Hill Richards Inc., Los Angeles. Easter will also serve on the firm’s executive committee. Easter previously was a special assistant to the president.
Stephen Brixey Jr. has been named senior vice president and northern regional manager in the investor services division, and Terry Chase has been appointed senior vice president and southern regional manager. Both Brixey and Chase have enjoyed distinguished careers at Bateman Eichler in sales and branch management.
Larry Twill has been named senior vice president and manager of a new Bateman Eichler office in New York. Twill previously was chairman and chief executive of Woolcott & Co., a New York securities firm.
Norman E. Mains, meanwhile, was named senior vice president and the firm’s first chief economist. Mains also was appointed to the firm’s executive committee. Mains comes from Drexel Burnham Lambert, where he was first vice president and director of research of Drexel’s institutional financial futures and options divisions in Chicago.
