ENB Holding Co., the Escondido-based parent of Escondido National Bank and San Marcos National Bank, reported net income for the first six months of the year of $458,056, a 9% increase from the $414,954 reported for the same two quarters last year.
As of June 30, ENB assets were $128.5 million, up 7% from $119.6 million a year previous. Loans totaled $84.6 million, a 13% increase, and deposits were $117.9 million, up 8%. The figures reflect the merger, completed in February, of the holding company with San Marcos National.
