Santa Ana homicide investigators today released a more detailed drawing of an unidentified man fatally shot earlier this month.
The man, described as a 25- to 30-year-old Latino, was killed about 8:50 p.m. on Sept. 4 at the intersection of Myrtle and Bristol streets, Santa Ana Police Sgt. Rick Hicks said.
The man was approximately 5 feet, 5 inches tall, weighed about 140 pounds and had black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a light blue short-sleeved shirt, dark blue pants and brown penny loafers.
Officers found the man, shot in the chest, after responding to a report of a “man down” at the intersection. He died later at a local hospital.
Anyone with information is asked to call Santa Ana police at 647-5168.
