Presidential ‘Dirty Campaign’
Before people cast their vote for President on Nov. 8, I suggest they consider what chance Bush would have to be an effective leader when he and his handlers have run a campaign of disinformation, half-truths and outright lies in order to win the election.
Leaders of other nations are well-informed about American politics. They know about the tactics that have been employed by Bush and the people with whom he surrounds himself. Will they tend to be trusting of him or of people he would have in his Administration?
If elected, I’m afraid that Bush has sown the seeds of failure in this campaign and will reap the consequences in his future dealings with world leaders. U.S. prestige will suffer.
