Commerce Center in Calabasas Gets Under Way

Construction is under way on the $14-million mixed-use Calabasas Commerce Center, with completion set for November, 1989. The 18-acre center is on the north side of the Ventura Freeway at Las Virgenes Road in Calabasas.
Ahmanson Commercial Development Co., of Los Angeles, is developer, Ware & Malcomb Architects Inc., of Irvine, the designer and Elliott Corp., of Newport Beach, the contractor.
