Commercial Scene : Sundstrand Data Leases in Irvine Spectrum

Sundstrand Data Control Inc. has signed a 10-year, $6.5-million lease for 70,025 square feet in the O’Donnell Business Complex, 40 Parker Ave. in the Irvine Spectrum.
O’Donnell, Armstrong & Partners is developer of the complex. Sundstrand leased the space for its Trans Com Systems division.
